Workshop of the Project „Visual History of the Holocaust“ (VHH)
The preparation of archival research in Eastern European archives is the objective of this mini-workshop.
The curation and advanced digitization of films, photographs, and text documents in the VHH project comprises the research in both audiovisual and non-audiovisual archives in former Soviet Republics: in Russia, the Ukraine, Belarus, and the Baltics. CERCEC is task leader and responsible for this research. 1n this 1.5 day mini-workshop, CERCEC’s key researcher meets with the VHH project coordinators and a research expert from LBI to discuss research strategies, standards, and workflows.
