The requirements elicitation for the platform created by the VHH project started with a co-creation workshop held as part of the Kick-off Meeting in February 2019. Since then, a VHH-MMSI workgroup at LBI spent several weeks on evaluating, systematizing, and elaborating the feature requests. Meetings were held with the developer teams at MAX and TUW to reach a joint understanding of the requirements. In this two-day workshop, the workgroup responsible for the curatorial framework of the VHH projects meets with developers and other VHH Team Members for an in-depth discussion of the feature requests before they are transformed into user stories by MAX.
